Kankun

We learned something new today at Mótto.  Kankun is a Sri Lankan leafy vegetable, with its own Wikipedia page. It’s the main ingredient in this delicious salad, made by Nimal for Monday’s lunch:   Tuesday we have stuffed aubergine.  Don’t miss it!
